Overview

Deer our esteemed clients, upon receipt of your goods, you are kindly advised to check the items received, Incase the items received differ from the items ordered in terms of product name , packaging , variety / specification , Please inform the dispatcher of the items immediately so he can substitute with the item you actually ordered

No disputes will be allowed if;

  • Items dispatched match the items ordered for by the client.
  • It has been more that 12 working hours since the items were delivered
  • Packaging has been tampered with b the client without informing the dispatcher / Grow More Seeds Staff

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and conclusive evidence that the item ordered for is different from the delivered item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example in cases where the company has incurred costs to deliver products.
